Three Vendors was unveiled in the 2004 Upstate Invita-
tional at Hartnett Gallery at the University of Rochester, a show that also featured To Market and Map of Cobbs Hill.

The following year I created a poster and limited edition print of Three Vendors to commemorate the Rochester Public Market.s Centennial. The painting was subsequently purchased for private collection.

In 2006, continuing my theme of celebrating Rochester area landmarks, I completed Our Lady of the Market. This work was purchased by Artisan Works Gallery in Rochester, New York. Remaining posters are available for purchase.

All of these works explore the theme of dynamic community interaction. They celebrate the power and drama and vitality of shared spaces (common places), and they honor persons who are unique and compelling presences, both as individuals and as icons.
